In this photo I was intending to show how social media and technology play a big part in her life and influence her immensely. Therefore I used the Gaussian Blur and free select tool to blur out the surroundings and focus on the laptop.

Before and After Makeup

I wanted this photo to have a vintage and classy effect, however I thought it already had that feel, so I didn't do too much. I softened her skin and used the blemish tool to eliminate any imperfections. I darkened the eye liner so it stood out more as the main focus on the photo (makeup) and applied a black and white filter for the vintage feel. I also changed the colour balance of the black and white effect to give it an older effect.

For this photo I put down the brightness and upped the contrast to make the girl cooking stand out more and put the focus on her. I put the saturation up also to make the photo look more vibrant and less dull.

This photo I liked originally before the edit so I didn't feel it needed much changing. I simply put a black and white filter onto the image and lowered the brightness and upped the contrast.
